HAPPEN THE SAME TO ME....restored 3.1.3 via itunes and run again spirit...it worked for me.
 
amamzing finally done the job tried few iphone 3gs 3.1.3 , 05.12.01 new bootrom on windows7 pc worked fine excellent .................

thanks to the all spirit team
 
jailbreak only with orignal sim other u get this error sooo plzzzzzz read care full then post
