how to get free ringtones when you don't have picture mail?

I have the LG Rumor 2. My parents blocked picture mail because it cost money. & i don't like to record things because they don't sound good.But i'd like to get some good ringtones.I've tried some online free ringtone things but in order to get them you have to have picture mail. Anyone know a website that doesn't use picture mail in order to receive ringtones?
