how to get free items and pay later?

i was trying to see how can i get some rims on my car and take up a payment plan
 
you could just not buy the rims because you cant afford them rims are useless, get a sound system or put money in your bank account
 
You could steal......that'd be the free part. And if you get caught then you'll pay later. But if you don't then you wont have to pay at all! Sound good?
