how to get audio off?

I was playing on a program and the audio is still on the computer. I would like to do it without pulling out the memory And I have a laptop
 
Go to your creative volume control link in the lower right hand corner of your screen to control audio levels and mixers.
 
click simultaneously: ctrl, alt and DEL and a window should appear try stopping all unnecessary processes from there. Or restart it.
