...many colonies to count? How to find out the original culture of colony forming units if there are too many colonies to count? 0.1ml was applied to each plate.
i have counted the colonies on plate d and there are 36 but i have 3 other plates that all have over 300 colonies which is too many to count how can i calculate the original culture?
