How To Dress Like Ronnie Miller from "The Last Song" ? ?

Hey ! So, I really love Ronnie's style in "The Last Song". I know it's kind of dark and "I hate the world"-ish, but I still like it. I need some help, though::
1) Where to find combat boots for under 30$ that aren't too "showy" ?
2) What kind of tops does Ronnie wear on a regular basis ?
3) Does she wear any other shoes besides combat boots ?
4) And does she wear any pants other than ripped up jeans, considering I can't wear ripped up jeans to school ?

I haven't seen the movie yet, and I imagine that would help me, but it doesn't matter. Please, no rude comments about stupid stuff. Also, any Polyvore sets and such would be great :)
