How to connect 12v neon to my car?

do i do it like in this diagram i made? If so which method? Deck or straight to batt?

your good either way, but remember, if your using the same power supply as the radio, at high levels your radio might not get enough power.

i have mine connected to my radio power supply and i never have problems.

be sure to connect it to the yellow 12v constant, not the red 12v ACC, unless you want it to turn on with your radio.

and stay away from the battery. tie into the cigarette lighter it will go on and off with the key
