How to change car navigation language?

I have a Toyota Kluger 2004. it was imported from japan.
it has a navigation system. the model is: Addzest max730hd Gracenote

does anybody know about how to change the display language? i can not read Japanese, so i need to change it to English, if possible.
 
it should have a seting but if it set japanese thats going to be hard to do if you cant read it.try and find some one that can read japanese and have them set it for you. thast all i would know to do
