How the military can screw you

ok...if you were trying to help her...you wouldnt have been telling her it cant happen, and she must have done something else. and you fucking idiot i didnt mean they could take your car or home but yes by following protocol they can do what they want (if it's necessary) they took her hair man!!! she had a little bald spot...you know how long it took to grow back! they can do it! and fuck off navy person. your reply made no sense. i just meant if you were that stupid in the field i'd be afraid to be in your unit, or people might turn the other way when you were being shot at...you suck.

If you knew what you were talking about, you'd understand WHY we're saying they can't separate her for drugs without physical evidence. There is obviously more to this than just accusations of drug use and negative test results.

Who said they could take your home?

They're not following protocol and can't just take anything they want. You obviously don't understand how the military works or UCMJ. You're probably some know it all E1; Shut up.

Like I said before, calm down and try to comprehend the thread.

The point is that we're saying it has nothing to do with drugs, but everything to do with getting discharged. What level of discharge are you being awarded? If you recieve anything other than Honorable or Medical then there must be supporting documentation. If this is a 'drug' issue, then you will either be receiving an OTH or BCD, depending on what the JAG decides and what punishments you get prior to discharge. Since you're not even going through the JAG, your command cannot discharge you on their own authority. That approval comes from the Air Force's equivalent of a Marine or Army Division HQ.
What we are saying is that there's more to this story than what you're telling, whether you know it or not.
Also, you CANNOT be denied a court marstial if you demand one. Just be aware that most court martial convictions are equivalent to felonies and can carry over into your civilian life. That means they can affect your ability to vote, carry a firearm, collect VA Benefits...yadda yadda. So while we're not TELLING you to ask for a court martial, those of us with experience are saying that something doesn't sound right.

EDIT: Barracks lawyers rock! :thumbsdn:
