...women? I just got hired to oversee the operations of a growing corporation which consists of unprofessional & non-educated women. I've never worked in an environment where the employees are constantly yelling obscenities at each other. It's pretty alarming that they think it is appropriate to act like that in the office. I've been hired to oversee the operations and report to the owner as to what is wrong and who is and isn't doing their job. How can I remain professional in such an environment and help them to see that I am not there to point out their flaws just to upset them and get them in trouble, but to help them to assess what their challenges are and to help them find more effective ways to go about doing their jobs.... and also to help them to stop being such cunts to each other, and to grow up and act professional?
