I just got a new amp and sub. The amp is a rockford fosgate p200-2. My sub is the P3L-S12 which is the one that is in the shallow enclosure. Here is the link to the sub and amp:

So my question how should I adjust the gain, freq, and there is a button on my amp that says LP,AP, and HP which one should I choose? The amp is solely going to be used to power the sub only. Please help I want to know how to adjust all the settings on my amp for this specific sub. Also do you think that this amp is right for this type of sub or should I buy a different amp? I am only looking to buy rockford fosgate products so for any suggestions on the amp please let me know of any rockford fosgate amps only please.
