The bike is a used 2009 with 2336 miles on it, no damage and has never been dropped. The listing price here is $3600. Rather than mess around with a loan, I was just going to buy the bike (cash). What would be the lowest price I could talk them down to? I plan on buying all my future bikes from them.

Depends on the warranty, 5 miles and 5 minutes is not enough. 
Check eBay, Craigslist for comp pricing and go from there .
