You will need a power inverter. The larger the better. This is not a laptop motherboard so the power requirements will be higher.
You will need at least a 450 - 500 watt power inverter just for the PC. You will need a larger one if you want to also power a monitor. The larger inverter you can find, the better.
A small interruptible power supply between the power inverter and PC may also be helpful to stabilize the power. If a PC suffers from lack of power, you could have problems with hard drive and memory errors. Look for at least a 500 watt UPS. A smart UPS may be better. These can be connected to a USB port to monitor the UPS condition. When the power gets too low, it will send a signal to gracefully power down the PC to prevent damage.
