How much louder will my car audio system be with another amp?

It will sound way louder, because the "amp" on the head unit, isnt really a true amp, just make sure u get a good quality amp. hopes this helps
 
Well I have been thinking about getting a 300W 4 channel amp just for my car speakers. Is this really worth it? How much louder will my system sound with them? Currently, I can go to about 22 on volume before I can hear distortion in the sound, but other then that everything seems good. Any help is appreciated.

Here is my current setup.

Head Unit: Alpine CDA-9886
Front Speakers: (2) Alpine SPS-600
Rear Speakers: (2) Alpine SPS-609
Sub Amp: Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-2
Sub: (2) Rockford Fosgate P2 12"
