How much does it cost to put a CD/mp3 player in the car?

I just bought a 2007 Ford Focus. I like it very much, comfortable to drive, and very good on gas. Except I have one problem with it, it doesn't have the MP3 thing on the stereo. But the cd player can play a disc in mp3 format and there's also an AUX button, so I thought that was for the mp3 . I don't understand why Ford didn't install one, it's a 2007 car lol. Does any of you know how much it cost to replace my stereo with the cd/mp3 player instead and where should I go to have one done? Umm maybe under $200?
