Fish are dried in cultures around the world to make for better keeping where ice and/or refrigeration are not available. Why not make fish from aquaculture and that which is wild-caught into a dry powder to be used to boost the nutritional value of pasta and/or bread? Idea is too new? Under-utilized species could be used instead of the already over-used ones. By-catch could be considered. Idea too new?
