How many calories should I eat for Breakfast- Need some serious advice**! Please...

...Read Short question? How many calories should you eat for breakfast? I am recovering from an ED and I am trying to up my calorie in take to around 1300.
 
400 sounds about right.

what you can eat?

try these:
smart start cereal with milk and a banana.
1/2 peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread. milk.
oatmeal, apple, and milk.
oatmeal, non fat vanilla yogurt with some type of fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana).
toasted whole wheat toast. topped with low fat cottage cheese and an apple.
whole wheat waffle with a banana mashed on top. milk or orange juice for a side.


those are all healthy breakfast ideas.

Hey girl :] I'm recovering from an ED too! (anorexia) and I know exactly what youre going through!! well, first of all i'd recommend going to an nutritionist so u can get a healthy mealplan!
I usually eat roughly 400-500 kcals
for ex:
1 cup cereal, 1 cup milk
slice of wheat bread with jelly
and 2 eggs

^^but that meal is based upon my weight, metabolism, etc.... but then again my calorie intake is like 2,500 :/ yeahhhh
