Hey girl :] I'm recovering from an ED too! (anorexia) and I know exactly what youre going through!! well, first of all i'd recommend going to an nutritionist so u can get a healthy mealplan!
I usually eat roughly 400-500 kcals
for ex:
1 cup cereal, 1 cup milk
slice of wheat bread with jelly
and 2 eggs
^^but that meal is based upon my weight, metabolism, etc.... but then again my calorie intake is like 2,500 :/ yeahhhh
