How has Buddhism impacted other aspects of culture? Any specific examples of countries?
 
Other than what? We need an initial reference point for your question to be answerable.

But, if you're interested in the different kinds of impact it has on different cultures, compare, say, Japanese Zen Buddhism with Tibetan Buddhism. Thailand is officially a Buddhist country. and the Buddhism of China is defintely a synthesis incorporating aspects of both Taoism and Confucianism.
 
The symbol of the Buddha is everywhere, I wish it would impact all cultures, maybe then we would sop killing each other in all these wars....no? yeah I guess not, a guy can dream though right?
