How easy are neons to fit in the footwells of a car for someone that doesnt know how to?

I want to fit to neons (one in each footwell) running off the battery, which would be switched on by a switch that i can place under the dash or somewhere else.

If anyone knows any decent tutorials that would be helpful :)
