How do you switch(change) a 1985 Kawasaki Ninja ZX600 Ignition (Just Key Part)?

I have an 85 ninja that is a zx600
i bought a new ignition but i cannot get the old one off
it is connected underneath by something you cannot unscrew
It is this kind of mechanism

Does anyone know how to get the ignition off?
