How do you get "ringtones" under library on Itunes?

I have done most of the following steps;
1)Open itunes and locate 'unprotected song' you want as a ringtone
2)Right click on the song and select 'Get info'
3)Click on the options tab and set the 'Start Time' and 'Stop Time' that you want. Then click OK
4)Now Right click on the song again and select 'Create AAC Version'
ITunes will create a new song with same name
5)Right Click on 'New' song and select 'Show in Windows Explorer'
6)Right Click on the new song in windows and click 'Rename' Then change the extension from m4a to m4r and press 'Enter' on the keyboard. Warning box will come up just press 'Yes'.
7)Drag the new m4r file from windows to itunes 'Ringtones'. You can either click on the itunes Ringtone icon first and then drag it to that library or just drag it right to the ringtone icon on the left. THAT'S IT!! YOU HAVE A NEW RINGTONE!
8) Now you have to clean up alittle. Under 'Library' Click on 'Music' (Left side) Then delete new 30 sec song. FYI, this is NOT the ringtone. Next Right click the original song, 'Get Info', click options tab, uncheck 'start time' and 'stop time' and click ok. YOUR DONE!
