How do u wire a sub if it has terminals on the box too?

Connect wires to the terminals and to the subs. The pic is just before the subs are installed.

If you're wondering what the small gray wire is, I put LEDs inside my enclosure:

Connect the sub to the box terminals (from the inside), and connect the box to the amp (outside).
