My neighbor questioned me about her home. Im not too educated on this kind of thing. SHe is in her late 50's single person living there. THe house needs major work she uses lamps bc the electrical system itwas just passable when she moved in 12 years ago. The house is falling apart outside. When i say this house is crappy, i mean crappy.. outside looks better than inside and the outside isn't nice! SHe wants to move but she asked if i knew anything on refinancing for improvement? does this make sense.
how do u refinance a house to make improvements.?
