I just purchased akai mpk61 and have Cubase 5, the IK trio composer pack and ableton live. I'm looking for tips and information on how to use them during a live show. my goal is to create samples to play back during a set and to play key and synth parts over them during my bands performance. Um , a good example as far as bands go would be Lostprophets' album Start Something and Thrice's album Vhiessu. I would like to play nice ambient keys while triggering pads to play behind, also trigger filler beats while playing parts over that. Any info on this would be helpful!
