how do i take the burdon of all the work off myself and force other people

to learn how to do it? i work at a retail store that involves printing, shipping, customer interaction, cash handling, computer rentals for customers and general knowledge about everything we can do.

my manager refuses to act on the bad employees who constantly show up late or not at all, don't announce when they're about to leave and just pretty much disappear, take 30 smoke breaks a shift, don't ask enough/the right questions about a printing job etc. i could go on for days.

basically, i do all the work and set up the next shift (whoever the next printing operator is) so that they have an easier time. but whenever i make a small request to prepare something so that i have an easier time (when i get to work at 6 am) it falls on deaf ears.

how do i get my manager to address the problem of me doing all the work?
