How do I remove front right footpeg from 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R?

It's to simple to explain.
The actual footrest? - remove the cotter pin and pull the pin out.
The complete bracket? - unbolt it from the frame.

I have to replace my rear-set b/c it broke. I have done everything so far except been able to remove the front right foot peg. Can anyone help me out?
