I created a logo in photoshop that I want to have placed on a pen for promotional purposes. When I upload the logo it appears fine; however when the rep reviewed the image it appeared fuzzy. I was advised to make the logo bigger and use a higher ppi. I'm new to all of this and have no idea how to change it or if the increase will even help. Can someone offer step by step instructions?

Whenever designing a logo or anything for print you should use a vector based program like Illustrator, You can always increase the size after it has been created and it never pixelates like it does in Photoshop.
If the logo is not hard to replicate, and your set on using Photoshop you need to take in to consideration the maximum size it may be required for, a car door, marketing banner etc....
Once you know what the maximum size that the logo will ever need to be, create a new document in Photoshop that size and set the DPI at 600, minimum for print is 300 DPI to maintain a quality print.
DPI settings are on the same window as create new document.
