I am a married adult man, and I am appalled at how self-absorbed some women are in my department at work. They do not say hello, good morning goodbye, etc to me at all. For the most part they don't even speak to me! However, they are my co-workers and I prefer to get along with co-workers.. and it would be helpful an positive if they would be friendly. I have tried to be nice and have a good sense of humor, and I do get along with my other co-workers. But these three women appear to be high maintetnance, and downright cocky. And they are relatively quiet.. they whisper to each other. I think they see me as some dork - where in reality I'm a smart, friendly guy who is quite normal in appearance! And yes, I'm also happily married! How do I behave towards these women so that I get respect from them and keep my dignty??? Advice is appreciated!
