how do i get a ringtone sent to my phone from the computer?

i have just a regular flip phone, i dont have internet on my phone which makes it hard to get a ringtone sent to me, i do have texting. but when i get the text from the website i have to click on the link with my phone and i cant. is there any other way to get a ringtone for my phone?
