how do i exercise shoulders, forearms and back at home?

I used to exercise at home and became very fit, but now not any more :(

If you could find something to do chinups on that would very good for you.

1 x 10 pushups

1 x 10 chin ups

1 x 10 tri ceps.

repeat 2 more times.

then:

triceps
abs
chair dips

You can experiment with other exercises as well. Before I do this I would go for a run/fast walk for half an hour and do 30 pushups, 30 abs, and 30 triceps in the same fashion as the others whilst on my run.

After that stretch and cool down. Feel free to add more exercises to your routine! ?

ps. if you don't know what these exercises are just look it up on a search engine :D
