If you could find something to do chinups on that would very good for you.
1 x 10 pushups
1 x 10 chin ups
1 x 10 tri ceps.
repeat 2 more times.
then:
triceps
abs
chair dips
You can experiment with other exercises as well. Before I do this I would go for a run/fast walk for half an hour and do 30 pushups, 30 abs, and 30 triceps in the same fashion as the others whilst on my run.
After that stretch and cool down. Feel free to add more exercises to your routine! ?
