How do I download ringtones to my phone for free?

I've gone to web sites to do it, and I'll go to the website (on my phone) and I can't find where it says 'download to phone' like they say to click on, but I see " Play / save to phone" So I click that and it brings me to a blank page and the ringtone starts playing. In the bottom right corner it says toolbar, but I search through there and can't find anything that says to save it.

I've used multiple websites and they all do the same thing, that same blank page where the ringtone plays.

I have the Lg rumor touch, non-contract phone. If that changes anything.
