My husband caught some fresh rainbow trout yesterday when he and his buddies went fishing. I'm pan frying them for dinner tonight (6 of them) and dipped them in flour and salt and pepper.
How do I know when they are done and ready to eat? I don't want to burn them, but don't want to serve them undercooked either. Thanks
