I have two Alpine Audio E10's and an Alpine Audio MRP-M500 amp that puts out 500 watts so 250 watts to each subwoofer. It needs a power input of 14.44 DC (11V to 16V). What I want to know is how I can hook this system up to a TV and make it into a home audio system? Also, where do I hook up the 12V power wire, the ground wire, and the radio/signal wire? I've read some stuff online about people using a plate amp? If someone could explain what a plate amp is and how that would work that would be great!
