how do I change ppi in a lot of photos w/out doing it one at a time?

All my photos are at 240 ppi. How do I get them to shoot or upload at 300ppi automatically (I shoot in RAW). And how do I change the photos I already have w/out having to do them one at a time? I have photoshop cs3.
