i believe it has to be tuned to 35hz and it needs to be 127" long??? i was reading on the kicker website about chicken wire and poly fill???? not sure where to start i have all the tools. I just don't want to pay 200 for someone to build it, when i could have the satisfaction of building it myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Above is a good answer. But 127" long for what? Do you mean 127 inches of port area or something? Cuz the port i dont think would be that long at all. Dont use chicken wire i dono what the hell thats ever used for in a box? Never heard of it, and dont use polyfill either.

Well, you dont really need chicken wire lol.

Start off with a sheet of 3/4 MDF wood. Try to make all your cuts straight! You will need a drill, some wood screws, wood glue, some caulk, a terminal cup. Polyfill isnt necessary actually.

Here is a box building program that will give you dimensions, port dimensions, everything! You also need to account for the port and woofer displacement. Make sure to follow kickers recommendations for size!

Box building is not for the meek or newbie or someone with no woodworking experience really...
