How do I address multiple editors?

I am about to enter my book into a contest which is going to be judged by about six different editors. None qualify as the "appropriate" one to address, since all are judging, but I want to get it right and not offend anyone. I am trying to follow standard business letter format in my cover letter. How should I address the letter? "Dear (name of press) Editors"?

Also, there is no physical address noted for the publisher; they state only that they have several offices. Helppppp lol
