how do different cultures have different perspectives on things?

in my culture children don't leave their parents house till they get married, there are some exceptions like going to a university or a job far from home.. so u can find a 40 yrs old man living with his parents, and in some cases he gets married and he and his wife continue to live with his parents( it's rare though).
and people here never take their parents to a nursing house, they take care of them till they pass away.
well another thing is that virginity is a must, if a man finds out that his wife is not a virgin most likely he will divorce her.
in the same time women share the same rights as men
