I picked up a pair of Almani speakers at a yard sale for 5 bucks, but I have a set of Pioneer TS-G1642Rs in one of my cars. I'll be adding 6.5" speakers to my other one, but I'm curious which of these is better and how much. The second car will be my daily driver so I want the best speakers in that one. Assume they're both going to be powered by a Kenwood KDC-138 head unit which is 22RMS/50Peak wattage.
If you haven't heard/used Almani's and aren't linking me to some sort of description or comparison, please don't share misinformation or tell me "Well, everyone's heard of Pioneer so they're probably better." Or that they're more expensive so they're better.
Big companies start out small before they get big, so I entertain good hopes for some companies. These Almani speakers look to be of high quality so I have high hopes for their sound.
