...he have to see it himself? If there is a property dispute between neighbors and the surveyor has been out and marked the property line but there is still a dispute with the neigbor and the neighbor has a lot of stuff planted there like trees, rose bushes, shrubs, all sorts of plants, and there were pictures taken and it has gone to court, how can the judge make a decision just by looking at the pictures, wouldn't he have to actually come out and see for himself and measure, etc? Can a contractor or anyone please answer and explain why or why not or how a judge or anyone else could tell by a picture if the trees are on the property line or a couple inches over onto the other person's property? And if it is impossible to tell by a picture, then why is it this is the way the case is to be decided, by a judge looking at some pictures. Thank you.
