There's a lot more to it than you're understanding.
The "white women" you're running into are two kinds of women. Either they have a fetish for thuggish guys because they're jacked up in the head and are still trying to get back at daddy.. Or they think you're a "fixer upper" and want to tame you into an upstanding member of society.
When you say "black guy from the hood" I'm assuming you mean thugged out.
Any way you slice it, women that want bad boys (regardless of color) are still in a phase of chaos, they like the "danger".
You just see it in more white women because of our history.
And as a half-asian person, you need to learn to behave properly before expecting to receive any respect from an Asian woman. You probably don't get their attention much because they tired of your game.
