i know Muslim men have some guidelines for dress such as they can't wear see-through clothing, and i think, gold-jewelry. But their guidelines for dress seems less restricted. Muslim women have to cover their bodies entirely except for face and hands. They have to cover their hair. And many wear burqas or hijabs.
btw, not trying to be racist in any way. I'm Muslim myself but new to Islam and still learning its practices.
