There is 3 layers with this dress. Bottom layer is satin and top two layers is like chiffon type material. There is alot of intricate detail along the bottom edge of the dress and train, and would like to keep that visible.

I do realize there are certain types of bustling but no of them really fit this dress. We're stuck and we need some creative idea to bustle this dress and make it look good. PLEASE HELP if you need any addition information, just ask and I'll inform you!
