How can I set up MIDI backing tracks with an additional click track for the performers?

I have a song I'd like to play live, and it involves a MIDI track played underneath guitar, bass and drums. Our drummer needs a click track playing in sync with the MIDI track to keep him drumming in time. It needs to be setup that the audience can only hear the MIDI track, but the drummer can hear the MIDI track and the click track.

Can anyone recommend a device, setup, etc. that can achieve that?
