How can i qualify for the reserve GI Bill Kicker?

I want to join the Army Reserves and i want to get the GI Bill Kicker so i can become a Nurse in the Army (requires a 4 year degree). The origional $ 11,844 isnt enough for me to become a Nurse with a 4 year degree. I can always go to my community college and become a Nurse with a 2 year degree, but the Army doesnt look at that as qualifying to become an Officer. How can i get the Kicker so my GIbill would be $24,444?
 
Normally I think the kicker would be where you put in another $1,000 and you get a big bonus on your GI bill when you use it. There isn't a kicker in the new post-9/11 GI bill because you don't put money into it in the first place.
