How can i make my subs hit harder?

i have 2 10 inch kenwood KFC-W2511 subwoofers and a 1000 watt kenwood KAC-8104D amp in a ported box, well i was wondering if there was any trick i could do to make them hit harder besides take out my rear seat or dynomat.

Yep...get some 12"s and a bigger AMP, and get 4 gauge or lower wiring
 
changing the impedance coil to a higher henry value will block out higher frequencies. also you could see if there wired in Parallel or series.Parallel makes the total impedance 4 ohms while series makes the impedance 2 ohms but make sure the amp is set at 2 ohms
