How can I look sexy, classy, and polished?

I'm 16, and a sophomore in high school... I want people to take me seriously, like an adult. I'm sick of jeans and t-shirts... What kind of things can I buy to make me look sexy, but classy, and most importantly professional and polished?
About me:
I'm 5'8"
DD-chest
curvy body, but not really fat
Blonde hair
Blue eyes
Pale.
