Well I have a LG Neon with no internet, but I have an SD card. I am trying to get a ringtone on the phone, but when I put the SD card in the computer and put the ringtone on it and put in in the phone. What I don't understand is why when I put the card into the phone, the song shows up (and plays) but there is no option to make it a ringtone. I have tried putting in in multiple formats and have also tried to send it to myself, but still NO option to make it a ringtone. Any ideas?
Also I DON"T HAVE INTERNET AT ALL ON IT SO I CAN"T JUST OPEN UP A LINK SENT IN A MESSAGE
