How can i get free ringtones where i don't have 2 sign up and they download

into my computer and i? i want them to download into the computer cause i dont have a data plan and i can put them into my SD card from the computer
 
I use iRinger for my iphone its free. you pick the song you want from your itunes and you pic the 30sec slot of which you want the ringtone. its pretty sweet. and itll easily go straight to your sd card.

although some of them you do have to pay for you can make your own. now that i think of it you do sign up but its only because they will want to send it directly to your phone. but there is an alternative way where you can save it to your computer. it may sound difficult now but its not when you are doing it. hope this helps
